• All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Placing an order on arnesta.id constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.

• Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment & Shipping

• Payments must be made using the available payment gateways or direct transfer methods specified at checkout.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and weight of the items.

• Arnesta is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services, customs processing (for international orders), or force majeure events.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

• Requests for returns or exchanges due to defect or wrong item delivered must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the package.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

• An unboxing video recorded from the opening of the package is required as proof for any return or refund claims.

• All content on this website, including but not limited to batik patterns, text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Arnesta and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.
